Fall leaves Turkey Craft for Preschool & Kindergarten
This fall leaves turkey craft using paper plate is a best way to get kids going outdoor on a fall scavenger hunt and collect fresh fall leaves of different shapes, colors and sizes. Once they collect leaves they are half way through with this super easy fall leaves craft.
Get your students out and moving on a fall treasure hunt and let them collect the treasures of the season fall! It would be such fun to collect leaves of such amazing variations – colors, shapes and sizes. Once students pick and choose their leaves, it’s time to get indoors and get going on this super cute fall leaves turkey craft! Grab a paper plate, cut it into half. Spread the glue generously on the paper plate and start sticking leaves randomly to form a feather crown of the turkey. Once the plate is full of leaves, cut a circle out of brown construction paper. Stick it in the center of the plate towards the bottom. Glue googly eyes on it and a beak for which I used pipe cleaner. You can also cut it out of an orange construction paper for simplicity. I used a flattened red pom pom as the gobble of the turkey! Isn’t it cute?!
