Simply tape sticks together across the top and bottom to form a \u201cpage.\u201d Start by writing your child\u2019s name across the top or bottom of the sticks. Be sure there is only one letter per stick. Next, paint your child\u2019s hand to resemble a penguin. You can draw eyes, and a beak on the penguin when dry.
